Alta Alella ‘Etiris PB’ Pansa Blanca Alella, 2024 beaujolais or "red slope"This wine is made from 100% Pansa Blanca, the Catalan word for Xarel lo. The grapes are grown on sandy, granitic soils, harvested delicately by hand, and fermented in neutral stainless steel vats at very low temperatures for a delicate extraction. It is bursting with fresh peachy fruit and comfortable acidity, and will be a perfect summer grilling wine. Set up some shrimp skewers and a summer tomato salad and live it up!
