Jean Laurent Rose Brut Vintage - 2009 (750ml) Paso Robles a hint of balsamicThis is a very small production wine, dark rose in color, 100% pinot noir, with a touch of tannin, almost like a sparking burgundy. Full of rich and complex aromas: spiced tea, rose petal, orange peel, dried peach and raspberry compote. Rich and now mature, with 10 years spent on the lees before disgorgement.
