Alcoholic fermentation at 15C. Refined thanks to batonage on the fine lees. Wine Tasting: Intense straw yellow colour. Defined varietal scents can be perceived together with olfactory sensations of ripe fruit and yellow flowers. To the taste it's warm, very fresh, sapid. A wine with a notable structure.
