Our chicken comes from a small family farm on Oahu's North Shore, where J. Ludivico raises his birds on pasture. The chickens live in movable "tractors" with open bottoms, allowing them to forage on grass and insects. These portable shelters are regularly moved to fresh pasture, ensuring the chickens have shade, protection from predators, and access to a
